Abstract.
In the article the processes which take place in the modern Kabardian poetry of the post-Soviet period are considered. The general characteristic of the most significant Kabardian poets' creativity is given. In this regard, the tendencies of the poetry, its artistic-stylistic peculiarities are noted. The author grounds her point of view, revealing the main directions of the post-Soviet Kabardian poetry and describing the poetic creativity of the poets who have absorbed most strikingly the peculiarities of the period.
