Abstract.
The article examines the basic techniques for representation of space indication in the English language. The method of linguistic description, functional-semantic and structural-semantic methods served as the basic methods of the research. Morphological level of manifestation of spatial deixis is represented by the verbs with postpositions, at the lexical level the spatial deixis is represented by adverbs and demonstrative pronouns. The findings of the research can be used under preparation of manuals on English grammar for schoolchildren and students.
