LEXICAL CAUSATIVES AS A SUBGROUP OF ACTION VERBS IN THE GERMAN LANGUAGE

Abstract.
The article presents a review of the papers dealing with the problems of actionality (action), causative. The author shows that the meaning of lexical causatives is formed by the integrated influence of two vectors: a vector oriented from the subject-causator to the object of causation, and a vector within an object indicating the transition of an object from the state 1 to the state 2 under the influence of causator. It is shown that causative in the group of lexical causatives has a gradual nature.
