Abstract.
The article examines the role of the analysis of logical and conceptual term system in the process of developing the structure of terminological dictionary by the example of the term system of a corporate law of the countries of Anglo-Saxon legal family. As a basic thesis the author advances an idea that just logical and conceptual analysis determines the structure of a dictionary at all of its levels. Compiling dictionaries on the basis of systemic, scientifically grounded analysis of terms and conceptions, competence in the principles of lexicography promotes the most efficient development of a dictionary structure.
