Abstract.
The article touches on the publicistic works by Daniyar Derkembaev - ethnic Kyrgyz living in the Federative Republic of Germany since 1996 and writing his literary works in the Russian language. D. Derkembaev is considered to be a representative of Kyrgyz literature abroad. The article aims to introduce a survey of the publicistic ideas of the author presenting a wide range of problems of social sphere: culture, art, traditions, morals, migration.
