OCCASIONAL BORROWINGS IN THE MARI SPOKEN LANGUAGE

Abstract.
The article is devoted to one of the peculiarities of the unprepared oral speech in the Mari language - occasional borrowing which consists in the use of the equivalent Russian vocabulary instead of native words in speech (by the example of adjectives). At the time of the speech production the words of the Russian language adapt to the grammatical rules of the Mari language and they are pidginized forms.
