Abstract.
The article presents the results of I. A. Kurativ’s lyrics analysis through the prism of its subject structure. The findings allow concluding that the use of a certain form of author’s consciousness is closely associated with the problematic and thematic aspect of the works of a Komi poet. The texts the key point of which is a biography and personal destiny are organized by the lyrical hero. The thematic cycle is centered on a peasant and through him - on Komi folk traditions, the subjects of statement here are the role hero and author-narrator, i.e. the forms typical for the epic art of words.
