Abstract.
The article aims to study artistic time in the novels and stories by Sh. Bikchurin. The author examines time as a category of poetics of a literary work which characterizes both the certain personages and a work on the whole. By the example of the works by Sh. Bikchurin the paper analyzes such elements of a temporal structure as the types of time: natural-cyclical, everyday, biographical, historical. The research broadens and supplements the studies in the sphere of artistic time.
