Abstract.
The article is devoted to the research of the fabulous narrative and its transformation in M. I. Tsvetaeva’s poem “The Tsar-Maiden” in terms of mythopoetic text traditions. The authors consider the impact of the Russian folk fairy-tale narrative on this work from the perspective of its plot-construction, system of images, as well as the nature of the transformation of this narrative, occurring under the influence of the peculiarities of the historical and literary process of the XX century, the traditions of the poetry of the Silver Age. Special attention is paid to the mythopoetics of the work.
