COMPARATIVE AND HISTORICAL STUDY OF THE LITERARY VOCABULARY BY GAYAZ ISHAKI

Abstract. The article provides comparative and historical analysis of the literary vocabulary by an outstanding Tatar writer, publicist and public figure of the end of the XIX - beginning of the XX century Gayaz Ishaki. In this period the development of the Tatar literary language combined with the folk speech and its overall regulation on this basis becomes a relevant problem. The paper examines lexico-semantic peculiarities of Gayaz Ishaki’s literary works as an example of the Tatar national literary language of the beginning of the XX century.
