Abstract.
The article examines a thesaurus approach to the modeling of a semantic field blending theory - one of the term fields of the term system of English cognitive and linguistic terms. The application of this approach allows systematizing efficiently and unifying the terminology of the subject area, decreasing the level of blurring of its boundaries.
