Abstract.
The article gives the scientifically methodological analysis of the academic theme “Orthoepic Norms of the Russian Language” in the course “The Russian Language and the Culture of Speech”, its topicality and subject matter are characterized. The specificity of proper orthoepic and accentological norms of the modern Russian language and some methodological principles of the organization of the learning material on the corresponding topic in the theoretical and practical aspects are revealed.
