SYSTEMATIZATION OF INSTITUTIONALIZED UNITS IN THE REFERENTIAL DATABASE

Abstract.
The article discusses the principles to develop a referential database of the institutionalized (statistically idiomatic) multi-word units used in the official communication. The author examines the unified forms to represent the different types of institutionalized units and the methods to record their discursive and grammatical characteristics. The paper introduces the means to identify and translate the institutionalized units in the documents in different languages.
