PRE-SCIENTIFIC JURIDICAL TERMINOLOGICAL VOCABULARY IN THE YAKUT LANGUAGE

Abstract. The article for the first time examines pre-scientific juridical terminological vocabulary of the Yakut language as a basis for the origin of the modern terminological meaning in the juridical terminological vocabulary. The author argues that the basis for the juridical terminological vocabulary began to form in the vocabulary of the Yakut language of pre-scientific period. Juridical words-terms of pre-scientific period are analyzed according to the following law branches: civil law, common law and criminal law.
