TEACHING THE ANALYSIS OF A METAPHOR IN A LITERARY TEXT TO POSTGRADUATES-LAWYERS AT THE LESSONS OF ENGLISH

Abstract.
The article asserts that the development of search skills of the students of a master degree may be provided with their involvement in the analysis of a conceptual metaphor “the sphere of a lawyer’s activity is a war” at the lessons of English, using a project work and a role play. It is suggested to use a literary text as the material under study, in particular - fragments from the novels by J. Grisham.
