Abstract.
The paper is devoted to the analysis and characteristic of the author’s idiostylistic specifics of the representation of the concept “time” in prose by the material of A. G. Agayev’s works in the Lezgin language. The researchers analyze certain temporal conceptions and ideas that are relevant in the national worldview of the Lezgin language, the specificity of their actualization in A. Agayev’s prose, reveal and characterize the vocabulary of time denotation, the semantic classification of which coincides with the semantic articulation of the concept “time”, and highlight the associative-semantic fields forming the concept “time” in the Lezgin language.
