Abstract.
The article considers lexical-grammatical and stylistic means of attracting attention of the users to the record of a network diary. The attraction strategies acquire special significance in communication, as they allow users to realize the leading function of a network diary - creation and strengthening of social links. The choice of linguistic means of realization of this strategy is dedicated to the intentions and purposes of the user.
