Abstract.
The article is devoted to the analysis of linguistic and cultural interference - phenomenon, which is expressed in the Russian language of the Republic of Bashkortostan under the influence of the mass Russian-Turkish bilingualism. The authors examine the nature of language interference as the blending of linguistic and cultural codes in the speech of a bilingual person and sociolinguistic factors for its occurrence; analyze and classify borrowed vocabulary according to a thematic feature, which provides the process of interference. The paper also examines the occurrence and use of interlanguage phraseology and intertext. The authors analyze the peculiar phenomenon of “augment of meaning”, namely the integration of semantics (both at the denotative and connotative level) of lexical units of two languages.
