Abstract.
The article discovers the specificity of artistic world perception of the XX century North Caucasian poets which manifested itself in their landscape lyrics. The study aims to show how the landscape lyrics by Rasul Gamzatov, Alim Keshokov, Adam Shogentsukov, Grisha Pliev accumulated their deep feelings for their country and people and how the mountain poets’ patriotic motives promoted the formation of national North Caucasian literatures representing the natural integrity of specific, national and the universal human element. The paper analyzes the relation of mountain poets’ landscape lyrics with the patriotic motives of their creative work.
