THE SPECIFICITY OF TEACHING THE SCIENTIFIC STYLE OF SPEECH TO FOREIGN STUDENTS IN A TECHNICAL HIGHER EDUCATION ESTABLISHMENT

Abstract. The article deals with the main problems of teaching the scientific style of speech to foreign students-non-philologists, which impede the formation of professionally-oriented communicative competence of students within the framework of the disciplines “Russian as a foreign language” and “Business Foreign Language”. The ways of solving these problems are identified by the example of the introduction of the author’s textbook “Russian as a foreign language. Scientific style of speech” into the educational process.
