Abstract.
The article presents the results of study aimed to examine the dynamics of COLD WAR concept development in the political discourse by the material of the American mass-media. The research conducted by the conceptual-definitional, comparative and discursive analysis methods showed that COLD WAR concept is a complicated multi-component concept-scenario which develops dynamically.
