STRATEGY OF THEMATIC MONITORING OF MEDICAL SCIENTIFIC AND PROFESSIONAL DISCUSSION

Abstract.
The article analyzes the mechanisms of realization of communicative strategy of the thematic monitoring. The texts of scientific and professional discussions on topical issues of medical practice serve as the research material. The study demonstrates that targeted efforts to control the development of the theme constitute the communicative strategy of the thematic monitoring. The author comes to the conclusion that this strategy is implemented through a number of tactics. By matching the communicative efforts of interlocutors the leading role of the moderator in the process of thematic development is proved.
