Abstract.
The article deals with the question of the ideological markedness of speech stamps in the texts of the German Constitutions after the Second World War in the pragmalinguistic aspect. The research of the speech impact of the ideologized speech stamps on the public consciousness is carried out taking into account the mythological component of the national mentality. During the analysis of the texts of the Constitutions of Germany, the main national mythologemes are singled out and the specificity of the ideological markedness of speech stamps in the post-war period is identified. It is found out that each Constitution has its own characteristics; it represents the dominant ideology of the state and records the basic principles of the state regulation.
