THE CONCEPT “FAMILY” IN THE APHORISTIC POETRY OF THE MONGOLIC PEOPLES

Abstract.
The article deals with the concept “family” in small genres of folklore of the Mongolic peoples. Special attention is paid to the study of its concept-formative elements in folklore texts in connection with the actualization of ethno-cultural information in the modern period. In particular, the author analyzes the main images relating to the “family” (parents and children, elders and youngers, husband and wife, parents and daughter-in-law) by the example of the Buryat, Mongolian proverbs and sayings. The analysis of the Buryat, Mongolian proverbs shows that the greatest number of paroemias in the composition plane is built on the comparison or opposition of the notions: “good” - “good”, “good” - “bad”. The concept “family”, being one of the key ones, represents both universal and mental ideas about the phenomenon of the family in the Mongolian culture.
