SPECIFICITY OF NON-LINEAR STORY DEVELOPMENT IN THE COMPUTER GAME SPACE

Abstract. The article discovers the peculiarities of functioning of computer game constituting elements among which the author identifies narrativity, plurality of worlds, textuality, and non-linearity. The mentioned features contribute to the formation of intra-game space and arrange it in such a way that, in spite of the established action sequence, the player has a certain freedom of choice.
