LEXEME “DIE WAHRHEIT” (TRUTH) IN THE JURIDICAL UNDERSTANDING OF THIS WORD IN A LITERARY TEXT

Abstract.
The article examines the meaning of the word “ die Wahrheit” (truth) in the terminological understanding, and all the eight provided examples testify that this word’s spectrum of usage broadens and usually do not coincide with the meaning of the noun “ die Gerechtigkeit” (justice). It should be mentioned that under professional usage of the lexeme “ die Wahrheit” (truth) its theological aspect recedes into the background. But there’s a tendency to equate the truth in the juridical sense of the word with the lexeme “justice”.
