Abstract.
The article traces the transition from episodicity in the representation of reality to longer segments of a human life, to a harmonious and integral system of the depiction of life activity of the personality, to the image of events in the spatial and temporal plane in the stories of M. Gafuri, D. Yultyi, A. Tagirov, I. Nasyri, G. Khairi, G. Davletshin in the middle of the 20s of the XX century. It is established that these tendencies contributed to the growth of the mastery of plot construction, to the compositional diversity, to the disclosure of the characteristic features of a person of a new era in the Bashkir stories of the 1920s.
