EMOTIONAL CONCEPTS PASSION AND EMOTION AS RELATED CONCEPTUAL ENTITIES IN THE ENGLISH-LANGUAGE WORLD VIEW

Abstract.
The article is devoted to the analysis of the emotions representation in the English language. The relationship between the emotional concepts PASSION and EMOTION in the language world view is considered. The analysis of the definitions of the basic representatives of the studied concepts, as well as their language uses, makes it possible to reveal their common and differential characteristics. The presence of their common characteristics proves that the concepts are related conceptual entities. The conducted analysis allows us to determine the specificity of the interaction of the concepts under study within the framework of single conceptual space.
