DUCKS’ SLAUGHTER QUALITIES DEPENDING ON WET PROTEIN AND LYSINE LEVELS IN MIXED FODDERS

Abstract. In the article the research results of defining the optimal levels of wet protein and lysine in complete feed for ducklings-broilers when raising them for meat are given. The author ascertained that wet protein level lowing while lysine level raising in mixed fodder influences positively on poultry’s slaughter qualities.
