STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF NCSP (NOVOROSSIYSK COMMERCIAL SEA PORT) GROUP IN MACROENVIRONMENT ANALYSIS CONTEXT

Abstract. The article substantiates the necessity of enterprise strategic management in conditions of globalization and convergence of economic systems. The main characteristics of enterprises that are the part of NCSP (Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port) Group are considered, the structure of its freight turnover is analyzed. The long-term strategy of Group development is based on the predictability of goods structure of the Russian foreign trading and company freight turnover. As the strategy prior measures it is offered to pass from linear-functional organizational structure to formation of matrix structure of Group management and from stevedoring companies specialization to production spaces specialization.
