Abstract. In this article it was found that the Russian labor market in modern conditions is a polysubjective structure. The relationships between the Russian labor market key subjects are analyzed, the features and problems arising in their interacting process are presented. Particular attention is paid to the need of partnership between such subjects operating in labor market as state, vocational education institutions and employers.
