MOTIVATION OF PROFESSIONAL SELF-EDUCATION

Abstract. This article discusses the issues of the motivation of professional self-education. As a result of the research the authors conclude that aspiration for professional self-education is based on two dominant motives, each of which develops in stages. In addition, the authors single out a special state (attitude) that creates stable self-educational activity.
