CONCLUSION OF ADDITIONAL PRE-TRIAL AGREEMENT ON COOPERATION WITH THE ACCUSED IN CASE OF BRINGING NEW CHARGE

Abstract. The article considers the problem of the need to conclude an additional pre-trial agreement on cooperation with the accused in case of bringing new charge. The research has led to the fact that bringing new charge is not a mandatory basis for concluding an additional pre-trial agreement on cooperation with the accused.
