PROBLEMS OF REGULATING ELECTRICITY TARIFFS FOR POPULATION IN THE REPUBLIC OF MORDOVIA

Abstract. The article reveals the major problems in the formation of electricity tariffs for ultimate consumers, which are of both general and specific nature for the industry, as well as the reasons of the tariffs increase. The author formulates those questions, with which the Ministry of Energy and Tariff Policy of the Republic of Mordovia faces in the formation of the tariffs, the possibility of their resolution, and the forecast of electricity tariffs until 2016.
