THE RUSSIAN FINANCIAL SYSTEM CHANGE IN TERMS OF MARKET TRANSFORMATION

Abstract. The article analyzes the positive and negative consequences of the Russian financial system transformation under the influence of globalization process and the WTO joining. Basing on the study results the author concludes the necessity of the permanent maintaining of the required level of financial security through strict state control.
