FORMATION AND ACTIVITY OF ARCHIVE UNDER TYUMEN DISTRICT EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF SOVIET OF WORKERS’, PEASANTS’ AND RED ARMY DEPUTIES (1923-1930)

Abstract. The article examines the history of the formation of the fund of Tyumen District Executive Committee of Soviet of Workers’, Peasants’ and Red Army Deputies (1923-1930) containing information about local governance and economy during New Economic Policy years, considers the quality of clerical work at local level, highlights the importance of this documentary fund for the reflection of the content of soviet institutions work.
