STUDY OF ADAPTIVE DRILLING MACHINE WITH HYDRAULIC ACTUATOR OF SUPPLY AND ROTATION

Abstract. The article presents information about the studies of the adaptive process of rotatory drilling. On the basis of the analysis of known publications the author highlights the factors mainly influencing the indicators of the process, which should be necessarily studied on the test desk of the experimental drilling machine with adaptive structure. It is clearly demonstrated that drilling process, its conditions and indicators connect two working movements of the drilling machine: feeding of the rod to the face (feeding force) and the rotational speed of the rod. In this case the proximity of the actual process of drilling to the most rational one depends on the correlation of these controlled parameters taking into account drilling conditions.
