USE OF CULTUROLOGICAL-REGIONAL PRACTICES OF FOLK PEDAGOGY IN TEACHING

Abstract. The article by the example of a research project of Tambov Center of Regional History on the study of paroemias and educational practical work on writing about matters of everyday life for the first time reveals the possibilities of culturological-regional studies in using the means of folk pedagogy in teaching. It is argued that regional and local material contributes to the process of making education culturological, increases the potential of ethno-pedagogy in the formation of future professionals’ competence, activates educational process, spiritually enriches students, and keeps them from anti-national manifestations.
