THE SPECIFICITY OF THE SPATIO-TEMPORAL ORGANIZATIONOF MEDIEVAL POETIC DISCOURSE

Abstract. The article is devoted to studying the linguo-stylistic means used for the objectification of the category of the art chronotop of English medieval discourse. As the material of research the text of the poem "The Canterbury Tales" by G. Chaucer is used. For the analysis the positions of modern text linguistics, medieval aesthetics and medieval history are involved.
