REGIONAL SOCIO-LINGUISTICS PORTRAIT: PROGRAM AND TECHNIQUE(ON THE EXAMPLE OF FRONTIER NORTHERN REGION)

Abstract. The article is devoted to the development of the program and the technique of the socio-linguistics portrait of frontier northern region on the example of Murmansk area as a part of Barents region. In the work the specificity of the region is described, the plan of the analysis of its socio-linguistics variety is offered, the new parameters of the characteristic of communicative and language situations are determined.
