ANTHROPOCENTRIC ASPECT OF MODALITY CATEGORY (ON THE EXAMPLE OF G. CHULKOV'S STORY "WRECKER")

Abstract. In the article the category of text modality is considered on the example of G. Chulkov's story "Wrecker". The attention is given to the category of speech producer constituent for modality and its manifestation in fiction. The author shows two ideological positions in the story the correlation of which gives rise to an interesting modal plan defining the selection of language and speech means.
