THE FEATURES OF TITLE PUN FUNCTIONING AS AN ESTIMATING MODEL OF SPEECH SITUATION (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE ANALYSIS OF THE ENGLISH NEWSPAPER TEXT)

Abstract. On the example of the analysis of the English newspaper text containing a title pun it is shown in the article how estimation category is realized as the model of speech situation. The semantic and formal parameters of this model are completely caused by the character of the considered problem and by the functional features of a certain sphere of experience.
