THE PROBLEM OF THE INTERPRETATION OF LANGUAGE EVOLUTION TERMS IN NATIVE AND FOREIGN LINGUISTICS OF THE XIXTH-XXIST CENTURIES

Abstract. The article is devoted to the problem of the interpretation of the terms language development, language history and language perfection in modern linguistics. It presents the brief comparative analysis of the interpretation of the correspondent notions presented in the works of famous foreign and native linguists; also their modern definitions are specified.
