CONCEPTPOWER AS MEANS OF SPEECHWRITER'S LANGUAGE PERSONALITY OBJECTIVATION

Abstract. The authors undertake the attempt to reconstruct and describe the universal concept power as a phenomenal component of a speechwriter's linguistic personality by the materials of V. V. Putin and D. A. Medvedev's speeches. In this sense, system relations, in particular the valence of the lexeme power or its derivatives, acquire particular significance: depending on their compatibility with other single-level units of language the plan of content is concretized and imbued with essential meaning from the point of view of a speechwriter and of course a customer. It allows comparing some features of the language explication of a concept and revealing general and particular, usual and individual in the conceptual content of this meaning complex in the discourse of the Russian political leaders and, therefore, their speechwriters.
