GENDER STEREOTYPES OF MODERN YOUTH: LINGUISTIC ASPECTS

Abstract. The article presents the results analysis of free association experiment conducted among young girls and boys in order to reveal the gender stereotypes formed in their language consciousness. The author applies the methodology of semantic gestalt, which allows characterizing the components of gender images, formed under the influence of opposite sex identity and identification.
