STRUCTURAL-SEMANTIC FEATURES OF ORGANIZING SMALL-FORMAT TEXTS OF ENGLISH-LANGUAGE POETRY TITLES, ADDRESSED TO CHILDREN’S AUDIENCE

Abstract. The attempt of the system description of the small-format texts formal-structural organization in the English-language poetry titles intended for children is undertaken. The author systemizes and describes the characteristic features of the syntactic and semantic structures of titles, and analyzes the pragmatic potential of units, which are various in structural-semantic aspects and function as the names of the English-language poetry, addressed to children’s audience.
