EVALUATIVE NATURE AND PRAGMATICS OF TRANSLATION

Abstract. The article considers the lexical evaluative means in the aspect of their implementation in the translation of texts related to the communicative space of political discourse. Within the framework of the detailed translation strategies the specific aims – guidelines of interpreters when reproducing evaluation in general and evaluative vocabulary in particular, as well as the factors determining the choice of translation strategy are analyzed.
