Abstract. The article considers the peculiarities of verbalization process in dialogical discourse, shows the interactivity of a dialogue as one of the basic processes of communication. The intensity of dialogical interaction at the level of communicative, cognitive, psychological and emotional impact on the interlocutor is represented. The process of verbalization is given from the perspective of coding and decoding the emotional state of dialogue partners, and the sign transfer of utterance target.
