FEATURES OF NARRATIVE STRUCTURE OF UWE JOHNSON’S NOVEL "THE THIRD BOOK OF ACHIM" ("DAS DRITTE BUCH ?BER ACHIM")

Abstract. The article considers the features of the narrative structure of Uwe Jonsson’s novel "The Third Book of Achim", which are presented in the work by various narrative forms and levels; not only the main characters, but also other characters perform the narrative function in the book, and they express contradictory or complementary points of view. The composition is the dominant component of the narrative structure, and it allows fully understanding the narrative technique and narrative world of the author.
