DIRECTEDNESS OF LINGUISTIC MANIPULATION: JUDICIAL SCRUTINY ASPECT OF EXTREMIST TEXT

Abstract. The author considers the directedness of text communicative manipulation denoted by the nominations "hatred", "enmity", "discord" in the aspect of legislative acts on extremism, determines the differences between the marked psychological-communicative effects and the common formation of recipient’s aggression, and by the example of specific texts shows which conditions favour the implementation of extremist text discrediting strategy.
